Initial appointments are for NEW clients. New clients will be emailed an intake form that is required to be completed prior to the appointment time. Initial Appointments must be booked as either a 60 or 75 Minute to accommodate the intake process.
Subsequent Appointments are for RETURNING clients only. Please do not book a subsequent appointment if you are a new client at this location. Subsequent appointments can be any length of time mentioned above.

To change an appointment with more than 24 hours notice please do so on the booking site.
To change / cancel an appointment within 24hrs please contact Elissa at rmt.elissa.info@gmail.com and note the cancellation policy below is in effect.

*If your plan is not listed here please contact Elissa to confirm is direct billing will be an option.
To be eligible for direct billing please make sure to have read and agreed to the direct billing consent portion of the intake form and please provide the required plan information on the intake form.
Note that Elissa will be only direct bill appointments attended by the client, and missed appointments / late cancellation / no-show fees are not eligible for direct billing.
Note that although your plan may be listed as above for direct billing, if there are any issues with direct billing portal and the claim is not able to be processed it is expected that the client pay upfront for the appointment and submit the bill to their extended health plans on their own.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that by booking with Elissa Christiaanse, RMT you are agreeing to our 24 hour cancellation policy and your credit card on file will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice for a ANY reason will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
If you’re late, you’re entitled to the remainder time of your appointment but the full cost will be billed.
If you have booked your appointment within 24 hours it is considered confirmed and and our cancellation policy applies if you need to cancel or reschedule.
